Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Team supports patients with their mental health, wellbeing and wider needs.
The team can provide support with areas such as mental health, lifestyle changes, emotional wellbeing, social needs and accessing local services.

💙 Laura & Hayley – Health & Wellbeing Coaches
Support patients with their mental health and wellbeing, as well as making positive lifestyle changes such as improving diet, physical activity, sleep, routines and managing stress.
🩺 Emma – Specialist Clinical Nurse Practitioner
Provides specialist mental health support and is an independent nurse prescriber.
🤝 Lucy – Social Prescriber
Supports patients with wider social and practical needs, helping them connect with local services, community groups, charities and other sources of support.
🌱 Ellie – Mental Health Youth Worker
Works with Young Devon to support young people aged 11–18, providing person-centred support to help them explore and manage what is going on for them.

Support through perimenopause and menopause
Our Managing Your Menopause Workshop provides practical information and support to help you better understand and manage perimenopause and menopause.
What does the workshop cover?
- How perimenopause and menopause can affect you mentally and physically
- Lifestyle changes that can help, including healthy eating and movement
- Wellbeing advice and practical support
- Understanding HRT and options available to reduce symptoms
- A chance to meet others going through similar experiences

Conversation, connection and support
A welcoming and judgement-free space to share your menopause experiences, discuss topics that matter to you and connect with others going through similar experiences.
You don't have to navigate menopause alone.

Exeter Library Foyer – find us on the left as you walk in. Water will be provided but please eel free to bring your own hot drinks.

Last Tuesday of the month, 5:30pm–7:00pm

There will be no Menopause Drop-In in December. Sessions will resume at the end of January 2027.

⚖️ Weigh Forward Workshop Series
Online weight management support
Struggling to lose weight, need to improve your blood pressure or blood sugars, or been advised to reduce your cholesterol?
Weigh Forward is a series of four online group sessions designed to support weight loss and improve diet-related health concerns.
What will we cover?
- Food groups and nutrition
- Understanding your nutritional needs
- Different weight loss strategies
- Planning, preparing and cooking meals on a budget
- Portion sizes and calorie counting
- Metabolism and how calories are used
- Cravings and emotional eating
- Goal setting, action planning and problem solving
