Patient Participation Group
Would you like to have your say about the services provided at The Whipton Surgery?
We have a Patient participation Group, comprising of patients and members of staff. The group meet a few times a year, identify areas that need addressing, the content of survey to be circulated to patients and, when they have been analysed, the results of an annual survey. An Action Plan is then agreed for the coming year.
If you think you might be interested in joining our PPG, please email whipton.surgery@nhs.net. Somebody will be in touch with you soon.
As a member of our patient group, we will contact you to find out what changes you would most like to see at this Practice. We will ask questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times, getting an appointment, reception issues or the quality of the care or service you received.
We will contact you via email and keep our surveys short so it shouldn’t take too much of your time. You decide how often and when you would like to respond.
This is your opportunity to have a say in the changes and decisions taken within the Practice about the services we offer.
