Practice Manager

Our practice manager, Mr Richard Larouche, is responsible for the daily running and overall management of the practice and for developing the service in response to local need and in line with national and local policy changes. He is available for your general, non-medical enquiries and also to discuss any suggestions or complaints.

Whether you telephone or visit the practice, your first point of contact will usually be with one of the reception staff and they will assist you in getting the help that you need. They are a caring team, and we greatly value their contribution to the smooth running of the surgery. Their work is varied, responsible and at times difficult, they always aim to be courteous and we ask that you treat them with respect at all times.
